The challenge
Fidans needed a clear online store that presented their watch range, explained authenticity and warranty, and allowed secure ordering and support.
The solution
We delivered an e‑commerce site with product catalog, filtering and search, account and checkout flows, and structured FAQs and contact so sales and support are handled consistently.
Project details
Fidans Watches (fidanswatches.ch) sells luxury and pre-owned timepieces in Switzerland. The site lists products with clear pricing in CHF, product detail and imagery, and information on authenticity and warranty. Customers can browse collections, create an account, and complete orders with supported payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer). We built the store with category navigation, search, cart and checkout, FAQs on shopping and payment, and contact options (info@fidanswatches.ch, +41 78 716 97 39) so buyers can shop and get support in one place.
